S & L Personnel are a rapidly growing Recruitment Business within the Midlands, specialising in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.

Our team is passionate about recruitment and customer service and strive to deliver an outstanding service level to each of our clients. Due to recent growth and the pending opening of our new Leicester office we are now looking to expand our thriving team.  We have an immediate opening for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team based at our modern NEW Leicester office.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will ideally have previous experience within a similar position, either as Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant and will be up to date and confident with current legislation, account management and the recruitment process.

The successful applicants will be comfortable advertising, screening and recruiting high volumes of workers for our current clients, and will have previous account management experience and a desire for new business development. 

Duties will include:

  • General office administration and compliance checking.
  • Managing staff availability.
  • Sourcing and recruiting new candidates.
  • Placing job adverts and managing advert response.
  • Managing and developing existing accounts.
  • Onsite management of workers and accounts when required.
  • Managing transport solutions to ensure staff are transported to different sites in good time.
  • New business development.
  • Sales calls and information gathering exercises. 
  • Collating time sheets and payroll management.
  • Attending key client meetings. 

The need to be computer literate is essential for this role and should include knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate will on occasion be required to visit the various clients and other branches and as such own transport is preferred.

This Recruitment Consultant role has a basic offered at £18,500 – £22,000 depending on experience, and offers a market leading individual and branch bonus scheme with uncapped OTE potential.

S & L Personnel also offer a days extra holiday for your birthday and a half day holiday for Christmas shopping! Annual salary band increases are offered to reward hard work and loyalty subject to performance review.
