S&L Personnel are a leading recruitment business with offices throughout the Midlands. Our prestigious client, based in the Leicester has a number of opportunities for people who have experience in outbound sales.

This is a temporary to permanent position offering a competitive basic salary, the chance to work in an amazing team culture in a vibrant and modern call centre.

THE ROLE:

· Contacting customers regarding their current products in order to increase their existing loyalty.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 1 year customer service experience

· 1 year sales experience

· Ability to multi-task using multiple systems

· Excellent interpersonal skill

· Professional telephone manner

· IT literate

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

· Competitive base salary £18,500 + commission

· Internal training and development opportunities

· Local parking and access to local transport

· Leicester City Centre

· Office based

HOURS OF WORK:

· Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm (overtime also available)
