Here at S & L Personnel we work with numerous companies based around the Leicester area, covering requirements for warehouse staff, forklift drivers, admin staff and drivers..

We are currently looking for motivated administrators to be able to offer ongoing work in our fast paced companies around, Leicestershire.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals that can work as part of a team and to provide admin support to the company.

Duties could include:
• Processing orders
• Inputting data onto the system accurately
• Accurately update spreadsheets and systems
• Generating parcel labels
• Other general admin duties

Productivity: Complete tasks to the level as set by Supervisors or Managers
Timekeeping: Ensure punctuality and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills: Must be able to communicate with Line Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders any issues that may arise with the above duties which could result in a task not being carried out accurately

Required skills:
• Good English language skills
• Good level of maths advantageous
• Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative
• Flexible approach to work
• Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

Person Specification:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly and professional approach
• Can multitask
• Good computer skills
• Works well under pressure
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role

Hours -Mon to fri, 8am to 5pm, alternative saturdays (total 47 hours)
