Driving 3.5t sprint van's across the UK
Valid UK driving licence (3 point max) 
Good navigational skills – own SATNAV
Reliable & flexible working approach
This role involves lifting moderately heavy items up stairs
Previous, proven van driving experience is essential, for a minimum of two years. 

The role is Monday to Friday, with a start time of between 06:00-08:00 until finish. Your finish time will depend on variables such as traffic. As a result of this, flexibility is required.

It is recommended that you have your own SATNAV as not all the vans have them built in.  A good level of physical fitness is required, as the role does involve lifting moderately heavy items.  All candidates must be reliable as they will be required to collect from an average of 8 sites per day across the region. As this is a long standing client of ours with a great history of offering the right candidates a permanent position after the probation period, this could be the perfect opportunity for the right person.

  • Management of company accounts: including the raising of purchase orders, credit notes sales invoices and process travel expenses.

  • Contact existing debtor for outstanding invoices

  • Contact existing supply chain on raised PO’s and report progress and update management

  • Organise transportation of goods from vendor to customer with approved transport companies.

  • Manage and minute the weekly Sales/Project meeting with Project Engineers

  • Update and maintain the customer data base

  • Marketing duties including company website management (gallery section), promotional events, promotional branding.

  • Attend internal and external meetings and record minutes of meetings
