Senior Admin Assistant

S&L personnel  are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide support to a local business in Hinckley, Leicestershire. If you are available immediately, are looking for a permanent position and have experience in the following key tasks please click apply today!

Key Tasks:

  • Risk assessment data entry 
  • Data entry and using the company computer system incl. email
  • Keeping the managing directors diary up to date 
  • Keep all vehicles MOT and services up to date 
  • Scheduling 
  • Other general Administrative duties 

Essential Skills:

  • Min 2 years office based experience
  • Highly organised with an accurate eye for detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • experience in some accounts and Sage

This is a temporary for a 12 week probation period and then progressing to permanent employment after this. The vacancy is a full time position with the days being Monday to Friday 8:00am : 5:00pm. The pay rate for this role is £9.00 to £9.50 per hour dependant on experience.
