Part Time Administrator

S & L Personnel are a leading recruitment business with offices throughout the Midlands.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a General Office Assistant to assist a busy office in the Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray area. This role is for Holiday Cover only but does have potential to be more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a large label printing machine ensuring correct label material is placed into machine in correct area of machine etc, removing printed labels and replenishing labels etc.
  • Choosing the correct set programs on the computer ensuring the correct printing run is done for each order.
  • Packaging printed labels and preparing despatch notes etc, liaising with transport company to despatch to clients.
  • Data inputting and general office admin work.
  • Answering telephone calls etc.

Must be computer literate, and have good attention to detail and previous office experience.

The client is a small company in a pleasant office environment.

The hours of work are 10:00am to 4:00pm paying £9.50 per hour.
