S & L Personnel are a recruitment business based in Leicestershire, Coventry & Warwickshire.
Following another successful year working closely with our client, we now have an exciting new position for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our onsite team working with our client at Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire. The onsite operation specialises within the Industrial sector, recruiting Contract Packing operatives, Warehouse operatives and FLT drivers. We are looking for someone who is reliable and passionate about recruitment with a desire to succeed and further develop their career.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience within the recruitment industry and have experience managing temporary workers within an industrial environment, ideally within an onsite capacity. Additional training and development will of course be provided where necessary.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday between the hours of 6am and 6pm. A typical shift would be 6am – 3pm or 7.30am – 4.30pm.
The salary for this role will be between £20,500 – £25,500 and will depend on experience. Additional opportunities to further develop yourself and progress your salary are available to you and will be outlined at your interview.
In addition to this, S & L also offer an extra paid holiday day for you to take on your birthday and a further half day paid holiday during December for Christmas shopping!
