Ecomeerce Sales Administrator

S & L Personnel have an exciting vacancy for an Ecommerce Sales Administrator within a fast growing company based in Lutterworth.

The ideal candidate will be confident, have great attention to details and can work well in a busy environment. Approaching tasks logically and able to priorities jobs with good time management, and having the capability to work independently as well as being a team facilitator is essential. 


• Responsible of managing and processing sales orders from Amazon, Ebay and Customers own website

• Manage sales enquiries, general customer’s enquiry and complaints

• Booking couriers and liaise customer enquiries with courier

• Check, monitor and rectify order details, courier bookings and data entry information to ensure they are accurate and complete

• Ensure cost-efficient delivery method is being used

• Monitor and order supplies for the business

• Managing day-to-day running business in the office

• Liaise and communicate with the workshop staffs

• Managing ad-hoc duties as and when required


• Strong written and communication skills 

• 2-3 years Sales and Customer Services Experiences

• Office managerial skills

• Computer literate is a must with good experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

• Problem solving, organised, good time management, able to priorities tasks under pressure


• Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency

• Customer Focus / Proactive can do attitude

• Attention to details 

• Adaptable to change with a pragmatic 'can do' attitude 

• Willingness to learn 

• Good experience to process sales orders and handling customer enquiries

This position is a 12 week T-P

Full product training will be provided

Salary when permanent will be £20-£22k

Working Hours: Monday 8.00am – 5.00pm, Tuesday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm 

Break Time: 15 mins in the morning, 30 mins at noon and 15 mins in the afternoon on a daily basis
