Business Development Coordinator

S&L Personnel are currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator to work for one of our clients based in the Syston area of Leicester.

The main role will be to research new prospects and generate high quality leads to fuel the continued growth of the business. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up any leads generated and develop accordingly
  • Working as a team towards set goals
  • Provide a good customer service
  • Liaising with clients through a multitude of channels – telephone, email, face-to-face and social media
  • General administration duties

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Must have proven telephone based, business to business, sales experience
  • Computer literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise daily tasks
  • Friendly and professional approach
  • Previous administration experience

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8am until 5:30pm.
