S & L Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for our client based in Leicester. This is a temp to perm role, with a view of long-term development within the company. Opportunities to develop and take on project management are available for candidates in the foreseeable future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Liaising with clients
  • Inputting data on to the system
  • Booking appointment with clients
  • Answering phone calls
  • Creating schedules using Excel
  • Other general admin duties 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly and professional approach
  • Good organisation skills
  • IT Literate: knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, Outlook
  • Previous administration experience – 12 months minimum
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good Time Keeping
  • Able to multi-task 

The hours of work will be 9:00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate: £8.00 an hour
