S&L Personnel are currently recruiting an Administrator for our client based in East Goscote, Leicester.

The client are a specialist door company providing expertise in the supply, installation, repair and maintenance of garage doors, commercial security and industrial door systems. This job will not include doing any cold calling or sales, it is an Administrator working within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Preparing quotes and estimates
  • Answering phone calls
  • Preparing files for invoice
  • Using Microsoft Office
  • Other general admin duties
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and new clients

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly and professional approach
  • Good organisation skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good time keeping
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

The hours will be Monday to Friday – 8:30am until 5:00pm. Pay rate will be £8.50 p/h – £9.00p/h dependant on experience.
