Customer Service Assistant / Admin Role….

Exciting new opportunity for a temp to permanent role based in a distribution centre in Syston.

Working in a small and busy customer services team (Not a call centre) for a London based high end retailer.

Ensuring the day to day processes are completed efficiently, daily tasks will involve contacting suppliers and updating our customers  of order progress, giving premium customer service and dealing with customer queries ensuring they are resolved to a satisfactory solution.

  • Must have customer service experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and prioritise workloads.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Pay £8.70 an hour.
