Meet The Team

Mr Andrew McQuillan - Managing Director

Andrew became a partner in the business in 2007. During the working week, Andrew supports all branches and enjoys meeting with new and existing clients, highlighting the benefits of working in partnership with S & L Personnel Ltd. Out of work Andrew loves spending quality time with his family, and is also a passionate Coventry City Football Club supporter.


Mr Simon Sparrow - Managing Director

Simon founded S & L Personnel Ltd in 2006 after many years of working within the industry. Simon supports all office and onsite operations, and works very closely with our clients to ensure unbeatable service and support is always delivered to our clients. Out of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family, watching his boys play football and, when the weather allows, he takes to the sky to fly his Microlight Aircraft.


Mrs Chloe Glanville - Regional Manager

Chloe joined S & L Personnel Ltd in 2010 and now manages Regional activity for our onsite operations. Over the past 6 years Chloe has worked to fine tune S&L Personnels unique onsite structure to ensure we continually out-perform our competitors, through an honest, compliant and proactive approach to onsite large volume recruitment. Chloe never fails to deliver on service level and prides herself on her ability to secure the very best workers for her onsite clients.


Miss Grace Jenkinson - Senior Onsite Coordinator

Grace joined S & L Personnel Ltd in early 2013 as an administration assistant. Over the past three years Grace has developed quickly within the business and is currently our Senior Onsite Coordinator in Syston, Leicester.


Kerri Randle - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Kerri has joined our Hinckley office in June 2016 and brings with her a wealth of Recruitment and Onsite Recruitment experience. Working from the new offices in Hinckley, Kerri services a number of clients in and around the Midlands.


Mr Daniel Skelton - Onsite Logistics Coordinator

Daniel joined S & L Personnel Ltd in April 2015. Daniel has many years of experience within logistics management, and is responsible for all logistics recruitment at our onsite client office in Syston, Leicester.


Danielle Blanchard - Recruitment Consultant

Danielle has been working for the business for 7 years, originally being based from our Earl Shilton office and more recently moving across to the new Hinckley offices. Danielle services clients in and around Leicestershire and Warwickshire.


Adrian Tapp - Recruitment Consultant

Adrian re-joined the company in June 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant, and now services our Leicestershire based clients from our offices in Syston.


Tammy Copp - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Tammy joined the S&L team in July 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant. During her short time in Branch Tammy quickly became a Senior Consultant based at our offices in Hinckley. At present Tammy is on Maternity and enjoying spending time with her new family.


Lia Cooper - Recruitment Consultant

Lia has recently completed her apprenticeship in Business Administration. Lia now is training to be a Recruitment Consultant in our Leicester offices and is really excited about her new role.
